Brad Grannis

Brad Grannis is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience working in the Phoenix metro market. His in-depth knowledge spans across residential, commercial and creative. IRS-recognized strategies, bringing well-rounded solutions for his clients. He supports site selection, joint ventures, sale-leasebacks and strategic acquisitions across all property types.

Brad spent over a decade with University Realty, where he managed more than $750M in assets and secured over $160M in real estate gifts for the ASU Foundation. This gives him deep expertise in a niche area of the market, structuring tax-advantaged real estate transactions for nonprofit organizations.

He holds an Arizona real estate license and is an active member of the community through organizations like ULI and NAIOP. Brad also mentors students as part of ULI’s UrbanPlan program and serves as a subject matter educator for various venues across Arizona.
Brad holds a degree in Design from ASU’s College of Architecture and has called Arizona home since 1984.
